Adoptions International, Inc. is proud to be associated with 2 wonderful charities - Dar Gift Foundation and MIR Children's Foundation.  Each of these charities are dedicated to not only helping families and children come together as a forever family, but also, helping the lives of the children who are not adopted. 

Dar Gift Foundation raises money to build American style orphanages in a small town out of Sergiev Posad - NE of Moscow about 40 miles.  The Co-Founders of Dar Gift have acquired a lease from the Russian government (the first of its kind) for nearly 20 acres of land.  Their plan is to build approximately 10 cabins; each cabin will house 10-12 children with a set of house parents.   The children who are lucky enough to live at this orphanage will be taught the religious, social, educational, and spiritual values necessary to become a responsible Russian citizen.  Please help them reach their goal by giving donations or buying matryoshka dolls and coloring books.

MIR Children's Foundation, Inc. raises money to buy vitamins and medicine for children living in orphanages in Russia and Moldova.  Twice a year teams travel to these countries to distribute vitamins and Christmas 'Shoe Box' gifts for the children in the orphanages. Your pledges and donations can make a real difference in the lives of many children. 

Each Foundation has opportunitites for individuals to travel to Russia and other countries on mission teams to see the orphanages for yourself.  If you would like to be a member of one of these teams, please feel free to contact either Foundation.
